My Vase of Flowers Final Days

It's sad to see my flowers die

that once gave beauty to the eye.

Oh, Look! See their lavender leaves stretching out

like arms opening wide for a good-bye hug!

I often look at the cut flowers which are truly beautiful but they do not last long. These days I prefer a pot plant of some sort. Enjoyed this piece..Delice

So sad to see most dreams dying and mingling with dying bells especially at this time of COVID-19. Let keep hopes alive because our God is alive forever more. Awesomely inspiring piece dear Darlene. Keep them coming my dear friend. Love and hugs from me to you. Cheerio!!!!

Darlene: Because that was so cute, it makes me wonder why only one submission in 2017? Keep them coming or should I say "get them coming." Thanks for all you've shared with all of us on the soup. oldbuck
