Still Water

There a container of water on the table
A visual on my movement whilst still
Just a breath or an elbows tilt
Causes shivers and shifts
It responds in shock if I remove contact 
After a moment it would settle
But I'm here for the day
My stillness revealed as false
Amplified are my shivers and shocks 
Walking off would settle it
But I'm here for the day
