Thankful

All, glory to God for trying,
Why, must these people keep dying?
For, you set apart mankind in their own land,
Yet, they still have pride in their own hands.
In, confusion given their own language to speak,
For, your presence is no longer on a mountain peak.
But, within one's own grasp of reach,
How, this world has divided the truth to preach.
Your, hand is not slow in anger and forgiving.
May, others come to know the God of the Living.
Jesus, gave us the ultimate gift to receive life,
To bury old self and this world chaos and strife.
May,the Children of the Living God find Unity,
With, the promised spirit sealed into immunity

The closer the Lord is, the farther away many go. The people wanted Moses to intercede though they could have had him personally. Oh how close our savior, our friend, the compassionate, the wise, the all knowing wants to be - for the asking. God bless you real good!
